I love both of them, and I really can't play Gta4 without them (I've went far beyond the point of no return I'm afraid). I'm also using Liberty City Textures Vol. I'm using an ENB, which is the Natural and Realistic Preset. They look awful, and are pretty much the texture of distant terrain in Gta4, and they also cover everything. These texture pop-in bugs still happen, and once they happen, they aren't going away. Why did I decide this? I did a bit of work on my PC over the past month and I miraculously wondered that maybe my issues would be fixed if I suddenly fired up Gta4. It wasn't until yesterday that I decided to try again. After I started a few useless threads on some other sites three months ago, I gave up. I've been struggling with mods in Gta4 for months now.
